No returns or refunds are accepted after 30 days. To process a return or refund, you must provide either the original receipt or a membership account with a record of the sale. Refunds are issued according to the original payment method, and we reserve the right to issue refunds as store credit. Returned items must be in resellable condition. No returns or refunds for soil, growing media, cut tubing, or seeds.
